Cherry Pit heating & ice packs are wonderful! They have actual cherry pits inside! You can put these in the microwave for a heating pad OR in the freezer for an ice pack! The heat will last 45-60 minutes and the cold will last a couple of hours! Cherry Pit Heating Packs are great for cuddling up watching TV, great to sleep with, and very helpful for those aches and pains we all seem to get! 
We use cherry pits from an orchard located in Michigan that makes cherry pies. They recycle all of their cherry pits by putting them through a natural cleaning and drying process using only water, no chemicals! This is great for the environment, and who knew, cherry pits could be so useful and hardy! All of our cherry pit heating & ice packs are hand-made locally here in Monument, Colorado!
Why cherry pits? The cherry pit is an amazing and unique thermal insulator - tactile, clean, long lasting and capable of producing both heat and cold. Cherry pits (compared to rice, corn and barley) are better because they do not start to smell! The rice and corn will start to cook after a while, causing an odor. The heat and cold of the cherry pits will last much longer than that of other fillers. The cherry pits form and mold to any part of the body.
